Every project starts with a fixed quote based on scope agreed upfront, so you know the cost before any work begins. Larger builds can be split into phases, each quoted separately, so you stay in control of spend as the project grows. We do not start billable work without your sign-off on what it covers.

Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. We add to sites that already exist, whether that is a single landing page, a new integration, or an extra section, without disturbing the rest of the site. We only suggest reworking something bigger when it is genuinely holding you back.

We match the platform to the project. For complex builds with many integrations we use WordPress, which gives us the flexibility and the level of custom setup those projects need. For lighter, simpler sites we use tools better suited to them, such as the Astro framework, paired with a CMS when needed.

We also build API integrations and automations that connect your website to the other tools your organisation runs on, so data moves between them on its own instead of being copy-pasted manually.

To build and test properly we usually need access to your site’s backend and, depending on the work, your server or hosting. We only ask for what a specific job actually requires, and nothing more.

We are privacy-driven by default, so any credentials you share are stored securely, access is limited to the people doing the work, and you can revoke our access as soon as the project is done.

No. We build and test all changes away from your live site, so visitors never see work in progress. Every update is checked before it goes live, we retest your existing pages, forms and integrations to make sure they are not affected. Nothing ships until it is tested and verified.
